Amex, Visa or MasterCard details must be provided to confirm a booking.

CONSTRUCTION AND THE LIGHT RAIL: We advise that there is construction of buildings and the Light Rail Network in Burleigh. You are acknowledging that you have been informed that this will continue throughout 2025 and commence in March 2026.

        SEASONS

        Mid Season:              Special Events, Dec 7 – Dec 14, Jan 6 – Jan 23
        High Season:            All school holidays, Easter, Dec 14 – Jan 5 Inclusive, Special Events
        Low Season:             All other dates

        PAYMENT

  We do require a $300.00 deposit when making a reservation and $500.00 deposit over the Christmas period.

        BALANCE OF PAYMENT

       Payment for the balance of your stay is due 7 days prior to arrival.  This will be taken from the credit card supplied, if you wish to arrange payment with a different card or procedure, please make sure that you contact us.  Easter and Christmas bookings, payment for the balance of your stay is due 30 days prior to arrival.   Please note we do not accept cash.

    CANCELLATION

Should you cancel your reservation 28 days or more, we would be happy to offer you a refund less $50.00 administration fee.  If you cancel less than 28 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded unless the apartment can be relet.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival, there will be no refund unless the apartment can be relet.

Full amount cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled on the day of arrival or in the case of a “no show” for part of or all of the booked dates.

EARLY DEPARTURE
        No refunds for early departures.

        SPECIAL REQUESTS

While we always strive to accommodate our  guests’ requests, please note that specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

        APARTMENT TYPE

Our apartments are categorized by view.

Luxury: No Ocean View

Partial Ocean View:   Ocean view is only in the living areas of the apartment and are restricted due to the front Tower

Ocean View:  Ocean view is in the living areas of the apartment

Superior Ocean View: Ocean view is in the living, and bedrooms.

Pet Friendly: Pets are allowed with Pet Application approval and a Pet Bond of $300

 Note:  All apartments are individually owned and furnished to each owner’s individual taste. Decor will vary between apartments.

 TRAVEL INSURANCE
  We recommend all our guests have appropriate travel insurance.
